Exceptional
The overall set up, pool, beach access and amenities are fantastic. We’ve stayed at 2 other places on Grace Bay and this was our favorite overall. Pool was great. Chairs and everything very well laid out. Easy. The staff was especially great. Very kind. Tia at the front desk and the gentlemen at the bars. The new beach bar is a hit and the bartenders are so nice. There was a private event on Saturday night with amplified music and speakers giving speeches. Not horrible but a heads up it can be busy.
The condos are a tiny bit older so there are little things like loose doorknobs etc. but this place is great. One slight annoyance-Despite having clearly made a reservation for two adults and two teenagers —so four people-we had to ask for cots because neither of the sofas in the living room folded out to a bed. Small thing but if you’re going to advertise a place for four people I would think a fold out couch is the expectation.

Awesome experience! Would come back again.
A great location, large rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable pillows (this is so rare, thank you for that), and a couple of propane grills outside is a nice bonus.
Sometimes gets noisy due to the construction nearby.
